It is our aim to be as easy to deal with as possible, therefore if you have any queries relating to any part of the terms and conditions listed below please do not hesitate in contacting a memeber of our customer service team for further explanations or clairification.

 Taking Receipt Of Your Kitchen Tap

When you receive your new Kitchen tap undoubtedly you will be keen to unpack and excited to see first hand the new purchase that you have just made.

Before unpacking the box please follow the following steps.

·         Do not sign for your sink until you have inspected the external packaging for any obvious impact marks, if you discover any please make note of this on the paperwork handed to you at time of delivery.

·       Check your kitchen tap for any accidental damage and confirm that it is the correct style and size required.

·         If any damage is noticed take a photo and e-mail through to kitchentap.com.au customer service within 24 hours of signed receipt.

·         When satisfied with your tap carefully place it back in the box and store somewhere safe until required for installation. 

Please note that if damages are reported outside of the 24 hours inspection period it is reasonable to assume that damage may have occured after delivery as such any damage reported after 24 hours from signed reciept can not be treated as damage that occured during or prior to transportation.

Warranty

All kitchentap.com.au faucets carry a 5 year warranty covering the following

Ceramic disc cartridges will not break

Body of Faucets will maintain look and not corrode

This warranty is in addition to any stated Australian consumer laws and in no way interferes with your rights as a consumer

Out of Stock

In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours of an out of stock situation and a full refund will be offered along with the option to wait for a specified period of time until the item becomes in stock.

Kitchentap.com.au extends a 48 hours period to notify our customer service team by e-mail  of your decision to wait for an out of stock product or if a refund is required.

If no advice is heard it will be seen as confirmation that the lead time is acceptable and any further cancellation will incur a cancellation fee.

If the out of stock item remains out of stock past the advised lead time a full refund will be offered  or the option to wait for a newly advised in stock date. 

Refunds/Returnes

6 months Change your mind option

This applies to taps that have not been unpacked and remain in their original packaging and new condition.

If you have purchased a kitchen tap fromkitchentaps.com.au and your plans change it is possible to return your faucet and receive a full refund minus a 20% restocking charge

If you change your mind within 6 months about the style that you require we will swap the sink over for another within our range at no additional charge (limited to once only) once received back in good working order.

Faucets being returned within the 6 month change your mind period are to be returned to us in good condition at the purchasers cost and must be returned within 6 months of date of purchase.

Refund and exchange prices will be in line with the advertised sale price at time of purchase, irrespective of current advertised prices.

Products can not be exchanged for same products, and musty be exchanged for a different style ensuring the integrity of genuine change of mind offer is upheld.

If goods are received in a damaged condition and a full refund is preferred to a replacement we must be advised in writing within the 24 hour inspection period otherwise it will be assumed that a replacement sink is required, refunds can not be offered in situations where replacement sinks have been dispatched.
